Ministry Trainee Programme - starting September 2024

Are you exploring whether God is calling you to serve in Discipleship, Worship, Youth or Children’s Ministry? Come and join our one year ministry trainee programme and work on team as part of a large, varied, growing and welcoming evangelical church.

The aim of this year is to equip you to serve God in a variety of contexts as you seek his guidance for the next phase of your life. This will include discovering and developing your gifts in your ministry area, teaching that will help you grapple with scripture through an external course and in house teaching and pastoral sessions, honing your work based skills which are needed in ministry and exploring what it means to be a Christian leader.

Whilst the programme will cover the whole week, you will be expected to work for 18 hours a week and will be paid the National Living Wage hourly rate for your age. Accommodation provided.

Training will be included as part of the programme.
