Revision of ELECTORAL ROLL
Our annual church meeting (APCM) which was scheduled for April had to be postponed due to Covid-19. We are now making preparations to hold the meeting on 5th October. Arrangements will be communicated nearer the time—but now is the time to revise the Electoral Roll.
If you worship at St Andrew’s Church, we encourage you to join the Electoral Roll. It allows you to vote at the APCM and is needed to serve on the PCC. It is also a way of expressing your belonging to St Andrew’s Church.
If you have recently moved into the parish, joined the church, or reached the age of 16, please consider enrolling. Please note! If you were on the roll last year, you do not need to submit an application.
To be on the Electoral Roll you need to have worshipped here regularly for the last six months or be a resident in the parish, baptised and over 16 years old. The full requirements are specified in the official announcement.
Please complete the Application Form available here in pdf or word format and return it by email to email@example.com or by post to St Andrew’s Church, Linton Road, Oxford OX2 6UG addressed to Anna Woerner. Application Forms are also available in church during services and in the Reception during office hours.
Please submit your application by Sunday 20th of September 2020. After this date, the updated Roll will be available in MyChurchSuite and in the Reception.
Tips: Forms can normally be signed electronically when you open them as a pdf (please save the file to your computer first—it cannot be filled in when open in a browser). If you are unable to sign your form, please include a written confirmation in your email to consent to the details in your attached form.
If you have any questions at all, regarding signing or otherwise, please contact Anna Woerner firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see the announcement for more information and the form itself answers some questions in the footnotes on the final page.
