churchsuitelogo What is My ChurchSuite?

ChurchSuite is the church management system that the church uses to manage many of its administrative processes within the church.

My ChurchSuite is the "member-facing" side of ChurchSuite. Through My ChurchSuite, congregation members can update and manage their details, access the church address book, rotas and upcoming events. Over the next few months we will be using this increasingly as a way of communicating with the church.


churchsuitelogo What can I do with My ChurchSuite?

Through My ChurchSuite you can keep your contact details up-to-date; access the church address book and rotas; and view upcoming events.

In time you will be able to view the church calendar, sign up for events, communicate with your house group, make bookings and much more!


churchsuitelogo How can I sign up for My ChurchSuite?

You may have received and email from the church office inviting you to sign up. Please click on the link in this email and follow the instructions.

If you are new to the congregation, or you did not receive this email, please email the parish office: parish.office@standrewsoxford.org
 

churchsuitelogo How do I log in to My ChurchSuite?

You can log in via a web browser on a computer, tablet or smartphone; or via the ChurchSuite app on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Click here to go to the login page
  • Enter your username (the email address you used when you signed up)
  • Enter your password
  • Then click 'Log in'


churchsuitelogo How do I access my profile page?

  • Log in to My ChurchSuite - as above
  • This will take you to your homepage
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  • You will see your profile in a box on the left hand side
  • Click on the pen at the top right hand corner of the profile box, which is for editing your details
  • This takes you to your profile page where you can

    1. Manage and update your personal details
    2. Mange your contact details
    3. Change your privacy settings

      You can alter your privacy settings, and choose which details you wish to make visible to the church community by checking the boxes next to them.

    4. Change your communication preferences

      We use ChurchSuite to keep people connected and informed by emailing members (we don't currently use SMS). You can manage your own communication preferences from your profile page, but please note that this will affect all communication that you receive from ChurchSuite - including news, rota reminders and other notifications.
      To do this:
      · Scroll mid-way down your profile page, to just below your telephone numbers section
      · You will see the options to select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ to:
                · Receive emails through ChurchSuite
                · Receive SMS through ChurchSuite (although we don't currently use this function)      
      · Once you have made your choice, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Save Changes’

    5. Upload a profile picture
· Near the bottom of your profile page - on the right hand side - is the 'Photo' section
· Click on 'Browse...' and choose a picture that is saved on your computer
· Click on the 'Save Changes' button in the bottom right hand corner of the page to save the image to your profile
 

Once you have finished making changes, click on the 'Save Changes' button in the bottom right hand corner of the page.

Don't panic!
  • Click here to go to the login page
  • Enter the email address you registered with
  • Click on the green link ‘Help! I’ve forgotten my password’ (below the red 'log in' button)
  • Then click on ‘Send Password Reset’


churchsuitelogo How can I get the ChurchSuite app on my phone?

You can download the ChurchSuite app for free from:
  • iTunes (iOS app)
  • Google Play (Android app)
Once you have downloaded the app, simply log in - as above.
If you are using the My ChurchSuite app please ensure that you add a PIN in order to safeguard your own and other's information.
  • Go to Menu->PIN
  • Slide the dot next to 'Require PIN/TouchID at launch'
  • Tap 'Set PIN number'
  • Once you have set a memorable number tap 'close'
  • You will need to enter your PIN each time you reopen MyChurchsuite


churchsuitelogo How is my privacy protected?

At St Andrew's we take our responsibilities under the Data Protection act 1998 very seriously. We are working towards ensuring that our practices comply with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will take effect in the UK from 25 May 2018.

In order to protect personal data further,
  1. Only people who have been invited to My ChurchSuite can log in
  2. Only members of St Andrew's are able to see contact details of other members
  3. You have control over who can see your personal data. You have the option not to make your address, email, landline and mobile number visible to other members of the church family.

 
churchsuitelogo How can I cancel my account?

If you wish to have your personal details removed from the church membership database - maybe you have left the church or moved on - please email the church office team: parish.office@standrewsoxford.org
