Sunday Services

8 am Holy Communion

This is a small, contemplative, spoken service using traditional orders of service for Holy Communion. The clergy are robed and the short sermon is often given by church members and local ordinands.

Common Worship is used on the 1st, 3rd & 5th Sundays, and Book of Common Prayer is used on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.

9.30 am Family Service

CHILDREN'S GROUPS Crêche - ages 0 to 2 Tumblers - age 2 Ramblers - age 3 Scramblers - age4 (Reception Yr) Climbers - Year 1 Pioneers - Year 2 Exploreres - Years 3 & 4 Trekkers - Years 5 & 6 Pathfinders - Years 7 to 9

This is an informal family service with children's groups running from creche up to school years 9. The children move to their groups after the opening part of the service.

There is a music group and whilst the children are with us, songs for them to join in and sing to.

On the 1st Sunday of every month we have an all age service (with no children's groups) which lasts 45 mins.

There is Holy Communion at every 3rd and 5th Sunday in the month.

There is a Fair Trade stall after the service on the 2nd Sunday in the month.

11.15 Service of Morning Prayer
This is a more formal service following Common Worship liturgy with robed clergy.

There is Holy Communion every 2nd and 4th Sunday.

There is an organist and a small choir to lead us in our sung worship.

6 pm Evening Service
This is a vibrant and lively service with modern music and a worship band. It is a much more informal style of service and there is space for prayer ministry during or after the service.

Holy Communion is on every 1st Sunday and also on every 3rd Sunday if there are five in the month.

During this service there are activities for Pathfinders (young people in school years 7 to 9).

After the service there are activities for SAYGO (young people in school years 10 to 13).
