New to St Andrew's?

get connected handsA very warm welcome to St. Andrew's church! If you are new to us, you've done the right thing by finding our website - well done! Here you can get information on services, small groups, ways to serve, and what the church believes, among many other things.

If and when you decide to make St. Andrew's your home church, we recommend that you make yourself known to the welcome team by filling in a yellow welcome card in church (in the back of all the seats). Then we can contact you with any specific information you require, and can also invite you to a welcome tea at the church. These take place every few months on a Sunday afternoon at 4.30, in the church, and are a great way of meeting both regulars at St. Andrew's and other newcomers. Another good way to meet people is to attend a Sunday lunch at someone's house - you'll find a sign-up form for these at the Welcome Desk, in the church entrance room.

At a church the size of St. Andrew's, you'll see so many new faces every week that it can be hard to feel you belong until you've joined a smaller group within the church. There are small groups for every need, meeting all over Oxford. Browse through the Connect part of the website to find a group that suits you. Come along and try groups out, or let the welcome team know which group you'd like to join, so that someone can be there to meet you on your first time. You can fill in a form to ask about Fellowship Groups once you have registered on the website.

There will be parts of this website that you're unable to access until you've registered, so we recommend that you register as soon as you decide to make St. Andrew's your home church.

We really hope that you quickly feel at home here at St. Andrew's, and we look forward to meeting you at some point!
