Easter Concert - Saturday 3rd April 2010
Building on the success of last year’s Easter Saturday Concert, at which Handel’s Messiah was performed, the St Andrew's singers will perform a programme exploring the twin themes of death & resurrection through performances of some beautiful 20th century repertoire, to include Duruflé – Requiem, and Vaughan Williams – Mystical Songs.
These works will be performed by the St Andrew’s Singers conducted by Peter Gunstone. All singers are welcome to join the choir, providing that they can commit to attending a good number of rehearsals.
